First in Bangalore - introducing vital life skills training workshops.

our specialists conduct knowledge and skills workshop for preventing mental ill
health or provide you with actionable skills to improve the quality of your life
while reducing your stress and preventing significant crises in your life. These
workshops are 1.5 hrs long per session for 6 sessions on each topic; a topic will
have 2 sessions a month. A topic will be completed for a group in 3 months. We run
four cycles of such group workshops every year. We cover about 26 topics currently.
Entry to these group workshops is by prior registration. You can join these
workshops in person or by online presence through Zoom meet. The workshops are
primarily taught in English; but Kannada, hindi, tamil, marathi, Konkani speaking
people can partly benefit from them as our course coordinators are resourceful in
these languages.
